Come and join this great opportunity to learn Hatha Yoga, Meridian Yoga & Qi Gong and nutrition according to Chinese medicine and Ayurveda.
* we will learn an important tools for life and gain energy, inner silence and relaxation..
* we will learn powerful Meridian (energetic channels that flow in our body) yoga & Qi Gong exercises in order to release energetic blockages, pains and stress and gain vitality, inner silence and joy.
* we will learn the basics of Hatha Yoga including the right alignments which will help us to practice Yoga safely and protect our body from injuries.
We will learn about the 5 Elements and 12 meridians of the T.C.M and how to know which system is weak in our body and which exercises are good to support it, and also will get nutrition tips according to Chinese Nutrition and Ayurveda.
* we will practice Pranayama and Mantra chanting.

In the end of this workshop we will have a better understanding about our body in relation to the 5 Elements and the meridian system, and which exercises/Asanas are good to support us physically and mentally, and that will encourage us to turn it into a sacred daily practice (which is one of the goals of this workshop).
We will receive as well, a paper with most of the exercises that we practiced including photos and explanations, which will help us to practice at home on ourselves.

acording to chinese medicine the major reason for imbalance, problems and desease is excess of emotions: when we have too much anger& frastration, too much worries, too much fears, sadness, grief, anxieties we are out of balance.
the idea of this workshop and practice is to let go this emotions, love yourself the way you are and then become much more calm and complete. also, to develop awareness to yourself and others and learn how to adopt a healthy lifestyle.

About Yaor barhum
Yaor is a senior Zen Shiatsu therapist & Yoga teacher with 8 years experience. he has been working as a therapist in Israel, India & Europe in different Healing centers, studios and in his private Clinic in Tel Aviv.
5 years ago, he left his job in the Israeli police after 12 years in order to heal himself and help others to connect and work better with their body and adopt a healthy lifestyle.
During these years and After many years of studies and self practice, Yaor has been teaching Meridian Yoga & Qi gong classes and giving Shiatsu Therapies in Israel, Europe and India-
he volunteered in Indian in verite guest house and quiet healing center, Israel- Bavli Community Center, Matalon community center, privately and in A.B. Shikum, an institute for people with disability and special needs.
Yaor has being giving therapies and guiding his workshops as well in different Festivals: Osho, Zorba the Bodha, Nataraj and Bodyways (Israel), Ozora (Hungary), Harmonic (France), Space of love (Sweden), Boom Festival (Portugal).
After 8 years of studies and self practice and 5 years of teaching Yaor has decided to share his knowledge with the whole world and published( in January 2019) an online course that is easy to watch, practice and learn.
Yaor integrates in this course: Meridian Exercises (the energetic channels that move and flow inside our body), Hatha Yoga Asanas and Qi Gong simple movements harmoniously as well as Pranayama, Ayurvedic head and face massage and somatic movements. These exercises are very effective for the body and the mind, especially for energy levels, and it will help you to gain vitality, strength and inner silence.
on 2019, Yaor has teached classes and workshops in “Shanti Club” and “So Happy” centers in Geneva Switzerland as well as giving Shiatsu therapies.
Yaor has a senior diploma in Zen Shiatsu Therapy, Aromatherapy, Bach Flower Remedies and learned Traditional Chinese Nutrition.
He learned Hata Yoga with Surinder Singh and completed 200 hours Yoga teacher training in his school: Swasti Yoga in Rishikesh, India.
He completed as well 200 Hatha yoga teacher training in Stambha Yoga in Zurich Switzerland and Yoga Therapy/restorative Yoga teacher training in Israel.
He has also completed a course in Ayurveda & herbs at Anjali school (Kerala India), and learned Thai Massage with Sunshine Network in North Thailand.
Yaor volunteered in Vérité and Quiet Healing Center in Auroville, India during 2015 & 2016, as a teacher guiding workshops, classes, and retreat and also as a Shiatsu therapist.
Yaor is guiding as well a 6-day Zen Shiatsu and Meridian yoga & Qi Gong retreat that includes: Shiatsu, Meridian yoga, Hatha Yoga, Qi gong, Pranayama, A.T.B (awareness through the body), meditations, and important nutrition tips according to Chinese medicine and Ayurveda, in order to encourage people to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
He is also offering private yoga & Qi gong Skype sessions which are adapted to the clients needs.
in 2019 Yaor published his first online course ” Meridian Yoga & Qi Gong which includes 3 videos of 1 hour each that includes different Asanas and Qi Gong Exercises and somatic movements in order to help people to practice at home on their own and improve their health.
Yaor is giving full attention for his students and clients, helping them to understand the foundations of yoga and the right alignments and allow them a safe environment to connect with their emotions and grow.
